We analyze existing capacities across all airport areas, identify bottlenecks, and define future infrastructure requirements. Based on this, we develop customized process analysis to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the overall airport experience. This also includes high-performance operational concepts for passengers and staff flows, including fully integrated processes for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM).
