About us
g.on experience is a German software company specialising in digital solutions for airport infrastructure, operations, and data management. Since 2002, we have been developing technologies that help airports manage spatial data, operational processes, and regulatory requirements with precision and reliability.
Our product ecosystem – g.on aimPort, g.on pm, and g.on field – provides a fully integrated platform for spatial information management, workflow automation, and mobile operations. The systems are designed to support use cases including aerodrome data management (ADQ/EASA-compliant), obstacle monitoring, temporary obstacle processes, operational situational awareness, and digital inspections in the field.
We work with airports of all sizes to create an “intelligent digital twin”: a continuously updated representation of the aerodrome environment that connects data, processes, and real-world operations. Our platform integrates with radar, IoT sensors, GIS/CAD data, enterprise systems and databases, providing a unified operational picture that supports safe, efficient airport operations.
With more than 20 years of experience across aviation, public infrastructure, natural resources and chemical industry, g.on combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of airport processes. Our software is available on-premise or as SaaS, supported by ISO 27001–certified information security, professional services and long-term customer partnerships.

Products & Services
g.on experience provides digital solutions that connect airport infrastructure, operations, and aeronautical data into one coherent ecosystem.
Our modular platform suite – g.on aimPort, g.on pm, and g.on field – enables airports to manage spatial data, assets, workflows, inspections, and regulatory processes efficiently and in full compliance with EASA/ADQ requirements.
g.on aimPort is a spatial and asset information platform with applications based on our aviation data models. They support:
Aeronautical data management (EASA/ADQ)
Obstacle & OLS monitoring (2D/3D incl. point clouds)
FOD management
Infrastructure & asset documentation
Operational dashboards and real-time system integrations
To complement this, g.on pm provides configurable digital workflows for aeronautical data processing, asset change management, inspections, approvals, and compliance documentation.
g.on field enables mobile data capture for inspections and surveys, fully synchronized with g.on aimPort for a seamless end-to-end workflow from the apron to the control center.
In addition to our core products, g.on experience offers industry templates.
While g.on aimPort is an extensible software framework composed of modular building blocks, many airports share similar requirements — for example in data structures, reporting, or regulatory workflows.
To meet these needs, g.on develops standardized, off-the-shelf solutions: the g.on Templates.
Templates combine:
a predefined data models (e.g., Aerodrome, ADQ, FOD, ...)
an optimized application configuration
and, where needed, a dedicated process workflow
This ensures fast deployment and high standardization, while remaining fully configurable to specific operational needs. Templates reduce project complexity and accelerate implementation while preserving flexibility.
All components — platform modules and templates — are available on-premise or as ISO-27001-certified SaaS and integrate into an intelligent digital twin for safe, efficient, data-driven airport operations.
Products to Showcase
EASA/ADQ Template
Standardized solution for aeronautical data management according to EASA/ADQ.Obstacle Monitoring (2D/3D)
Complete OLS analysis, natural obstacle growth monitoring, and field integration.FOD Management
Field-to-office workflow for reporting, categorizing, visualizing, and analyzing FOD.Airport Digital Twin
Real-time visualization of assets, operations, movements, sensors, and system integrations.EASA-Compliant Aerodrome Data Maintenance
Full digital workflow for collecting, validating, and integrating aerodrome changes.
EASA/ADQ Template (Aeronautical Data Quality Management)
The EASA/ADQ Template provides a complete digital workflow for capturing, validating, and preparing aeronautical data in compliance with EASA ADQ (EU 73/2010) and Implementing Regulation 2020/469.
It integrates geometry, attributes, metadata, and process documentation into the Aerodrome Data Model and generates ADQ-ready outputs for downstream systems (e.g., ADV ADQ Tool).
The template ensures traceable, high-quality aeronautical data from survey to submission.
Obstacle Monitoring (2D/3D)
The Obstacle Monitoring Template visualizes natural and man-made obstacles, calculates OLS and VSS penetrations, and supports planning of vegetation control or infrastructure adjustments.
Available in 2D and 3D (incl. point clouds), it enables scenario analysis, growth forecasting, detailed reporting, and full regulatory traceability.
Seamless synchronization with g.on field allows field teams to document tree cutting, heights, and photos directly on site.
FOD Management (Foreign Object Debris)
The FOD Management Template provides a structured, map-based workflow for capturing, categorizing, analyzing, and reporting FOD events across the airside environment.
It supports heatmaps, trend dashboards, FOD bin management, and integration with mobile data capture via g.on field.
The solution increases safety, transparency, and efficiency in FOD operations and supports regulatory documentation requirements.
Airport Digital Twin
The Airport Digital Twin consolidates spatial data, assets, real-time operational systems, and sensor inputs into a unified geospatial view.
It provides situational awareness for Airport Operations Centers by visualizing aircraft movements, vehicles, infrastructure status, alarms, and third-party data sources (radar, sensors, CCTV, parking, elevators, etc.).
Built on the Aerodrome Data Model, the digital twin enables data-driven decisions, improved operational resilience, and a scalable foundation for automation.
EASA-CADM (Compliant Aerodrome Data Maintenance)
This template delivers a fully digital, EASA-aligned process for maintaining and updating aerodrome infrastructure data.
It documents every step of change workflows — from defining the area of change, uploading new datasets, QA checks, approvals, to database integration including metadata and versioning.
The process ensures complete traceability, quality assurance, and long-term consistency of the aerodrome’s geospatial infrastructu
re data.
